RETURN POLICY
our PRE-MADE units are welcomed to be return if unused, unstained, lace not cut off and in perfect conditions to be sold on within 14 days of delivery of item

ALL return fees/taxes charged must/will be covered by client and our refunds also exclude postage fees
CLEARANCE UNITS/HAIR
Any heavily discounted unit unit usually classify as a clearance (due to a number of reasons 1) we could be getting rid of old stock, 2) theres a deflect with/on the lace i.e a hole, lace colour or knots which don't meet our usual full price requirements, 3) unit might be made up of a few different textures from testing testing etc
please note items in this category are none refundable ! please read the description box BEFORE purchase
DELAYS
Delays do happen, it’s out our control unfortunately especially during sale/festive seasons, all we ask for at this time is a bit more patience to get your order to you! you will be issued with a tracking number (within 24 hrs ) once your order is dispatched to keep you up to date with the movement of your order
we’re happy to keep you updated if there is a delay with your order
Please note customers are responsible for the tracking and keep up to date with where their order/parcel is as it moves through the delivery channels
Cancellations/Refunds
Once your order is placed & had come through we cant cancel the order
Unhappy with your unit? please let us know so we can rectify the issue! We're happy for you to send the unit back to us to be investigated and rectified
unfortunately you cant return a custom made unit as all units are freehandedly coloured and made to fit you, we however are willing to fix an problems caused by us
SEASONAL & SALE DELAYS
A big thank you to those of you who participated in our sales & festive seasonal discounts as you can imagine the orders are through the roof, which will means your orders may take a bit longer than our normal turn around time of 23-29 working days with dates excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas, Boxing Day & all Bank holidays included, as well as DHL breaks for international orders
TWO OR MORE ORDER DELAYS
if you have ordered 2 or more orders we thank you for you patronage however your order will take longer than our normal turn around time
1 unit = 23-29 working/business days ( excluding any delays)
2 units = 23-29 working/business days + 1 weeks
Virgin hair bundles & lace - 3-7 working/business days
Raw hair bundles & Lace - 14+ working/business days
REPLIES
As many of you are international customers please bare in mind our timings are different from yours, from the UK we operate using GTM timing 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
please allow 24- 48 hours for your emails & messages to be responded to
please note our bank holidays are also different from yours which may cause a slight delay in response of your email or messages

KLARNA
We offer payment made easy with Klarna, allowing customers to split their payment in 3 or buy now and pay 30 later, however there's an extra 2 weeks delay in addition to our normal turn around time with payments made with Klarna
